These Terms & Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kuleautokilis.com (the "Site") operated by Kule Auto Kilis Insurance ("Kule Auto Kilis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting forms, or engaging our advisory services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Kule Auto Kilis is a licensed insurance agency and brokerage that markets, solicits, and services insurance products underwritten by third-party carriers ("Insurers"). We are not an Insurer unless a policy explicitly states otherwise. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the issued policy and applicable law.
Information on the Site—including illustrations, sample premiums, coverage descriptions, and educational articles—is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binder, offer to insure, or guarantee of coverage or pricing. Only a formal application, underwriting review, and issued policy create contractual insurance obligations.
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you interact with the Site on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity or individual.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in quote requests, applications, and service inquiries. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may void coverage, delay claims, or result in denial of benefits under applicable policy provisions and law.
Online quote tools and calculator forms produce non-binding estimates based on the information you supply. Final premium, deductibles, limits, and eligibility are determined by Insurer underwriting guidelines, which may require additional documentation such as medical records, property inspections, motor vehicle reports, or financial statements.
Submitting an application authorizes us and applicable Insurers to obtain consumer reports, credit-based insurance scores where permitted, and other verification data necessary to evaluate risk. You may request disclosure of entities that received such information as required by law.
By providing your email address or using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications regarding quotes, policy documents, endorsements, billing notices, and regulatory disclosures. You agree that electronic signatures and records satisfy legal writing requirements where permitted.
You may withdraw consent to non-essential marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or our Unsubscribe Email page. Service-related communications for in-force policies may continue as required by law and contract.
Premium payment schedules—monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual—depend on Insurer rules and your selected billing plan. Failure to pay premium when due may result in cancellation, lapse, or reinstatement requirements including evidence of insurability.
Agency fees, if any, will be disclosed before you bind coverage. Installment fees or finance charges from premium finance companies are governed by separate agreements with those providers.
Claims are adjusted and paid by the Insurer in accordance with the policy. We provide advocacy and communication support but do not unilaterally determine claim outcomes. You must report losses promptly, mitigate further damage where reasonable, and cooperate with investigation—including examinations under oath or independent medical examinations when permitted.
Fraudulent claims or staged losses may result in denial, policy rescission, and referral to authorities. We cooperate fully with anti-fraud investigations.
Endorsements and mid-term changes require Insurer approval. Renewal offers may include updated premiums or modified terms based on loss experience, regulatory changes, or revised rating plans. You are responsible for reviewing renewal documents and notifying us of material changes affecting risk, such as renovations, new drivers, business operations, or health status for relevant lines.
Cancellation rights vary by line of business and jurisdiction. Nonpayment, material misrepresentation, or increased hazard may be grounds for cancellation as specified in the policy and applicable statutes.
The Site, logos, graphics, text, software, and compilations are owned by Kule Auto Kilis or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, frame, or redistribute content without written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully or to transmit malware; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; (c) interfere with Site performance; (d) impersonate others; (e) harvest personal information of other users; or (f) use automated means to extract data except as allowed by robots.txt or written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KULE AUTO KILIS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR FEES YOU PAID US FOR AGENCY SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kule Auto Kilis from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
Kule Auto Kilis and its producers hold licenses required to transact insurance in jurisdictions where we operate. License numbers and appointed companies are available upon request through hello@kuleautokilis.com. Product availability varies by location.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state where your policy was issued or, for Site-only disputes, the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Where permitted, you and Kule Auto Kilis agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving class or representative actions. Small claims court actions may proceed where eligible. Nothing in this section limits regulatory complaints to insurance departments.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, discontinue use of the Site and contact us regarding in-force policies.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms, together with policy contracts, applications, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use and supersede prior oral or written understandings on that subject.
